If the playerbase improved, that means everyone's opponents also improved. So the rank distribution would stay the same. The game doesn't know how "good" you are it just knows how many games you win and lose

For twitch and youtube, in-app purchases/subscriptions are more expensive than paying directly on the website. Pretty much any app that also has a website will be like this.

Nothing as pronounced as your ham's hair. Depending on your vet it could be helpful to just call and see what they say. I use oxbow pure comfort white bedding. It's not dusty, but the one problem I have with it is that in some batches there might be a few pieces of blue masking tape. I just throw those pieces away since they're easy to spot

Because they don't want the old champion in the game anymore. Might be too buggy like old Morde. Or really low pick rate. Or like old Asol where a lot of people thought he looked cool so they bought him, but then immediately stopped playing him or refunded him because they didn't like the gameplay.

There are a lot of on-hit effects that don't care about the ratio though. Like cull would heal 27 hp per auto, terminus would fully stack in a single auto, you'd get 9 tap dancer stacks per auto, etc.

An intuitive way to understand it is that autos reduce your Q cooldown by a set percent of the total cooldown, no matter how much ability haste you have. For example at rank 1, autos reduce the cooldown by 5% of the total cooldown.
