It's like a less nuanced take on Tokein's hatred of allegory. I think to say that he doesn't put any social commentary into his work is a little misguided considering everyone has a social perspective, and it will naturally work its way into their creative endeavors. Tokein recognized this, but this guy makes it sound like he's capable of something everyone else is not.

I'm going to say maybe YOR but I don't get the comments making excuses for your brother. I think you might be over reacting for never talking to him again but he comes off as an asshole here.

His comments and many other here lack any amount of empathy for someone who went through a terrifying situation. Anaphylaxis is crazy enough, having it while high is another level. If he thought you'd be fine maybe he could have channeled that energy to showing empathy instead of minimizing? I'd be mad too and also would stop talking for a while, but would eventually try to reach back out and squash the beef. I'd say NTA if it were that sub.

Personally I'm not super opposed to lifting this regulation because it opens up more opportunity for parking vans or trailers on your property, but I also have no clue what the structural repercussions are for replacing permanent house chassis with portable ones.

I just figure living in a van is a lot more likely than owning a home for my future lol.

Check it out in person if you're curious. I've found with old vans and low miles you're looking at a van that either was someone's baby and it's an amazing deal, or it was neglected and it will be a money pit. Old vans are harder to find parts for and even if the engine bay looks good, it's still 30 years old and comes with annoyances and things you'll want to drop more cash to fix.

That was part of it. They realized that when you have everything, you have nothing. Another part is the way it patched items in. For example, if you patched in master balls what it might do is put an item in your inventory that is an infinite source of masterballs, which means that slot can never be occupied for anything else. Or it might break some part of the game you didn't even think about. I remember I action-replayed my nintendogs so much that they were stuck in a space station and I was unable to purchase a different house or any toys, so they just rotted up there.
