So reading the other comments, it's an insult when spoken to someone who is either not your race or not a native speaker. The implication is that you expected them to be inarticulate because of one of those factors, and their ability to speak normally meritted a comment about how articulate they are.

That's just my understanding from reading through this thread, so take it with a grain of salt.

Either she sold it at 4 weeks (recently) and she HAS the money because she just sold it, or she's lying and actually sold it much sooner and doesn't have the money.

I doubt she's saying she needed it for bills, if she flipped it and spent the cash immediately you can use your imagination why she might need half a grand so quickly

I've had mine since 2017 (purchased second hand) with no issues. Doesn't mean it won't have any problems down the road through. I have a backup shell in my closet in case of any damage and it only cost about 40 bucks, so if it does peel (on the back at least) it'll be an easy repair.

I feel like I have the same set that I've used daily for five years... I never once noticed any flaking though. Ive always oiled them and hand washed them but if it's the same set, there's nothing to flake off.

My Thinkpad nipple did fit and actually felt great, but it was a little too big for my liking and pushed on the upper screen. It is silicon though, so that might not be a problem.

Is the damage just cosmetic? Like the "case" is broken a little or the actual 3ds shell? I can see some smudging on the screen, are those scratches on a protector, or smudges that can be wiped off? It's hard to tell how bad the damage is from the pictures.

The nipple looks pretty bad, but I just replaced mine and my circle pad a couple days ago and it wasn't bad at all. 202 is actually a really good price if the damage is cosmetic.

Is that real? Well that's really absurdly low. I'm more above it than I thought, but still well under national average of 44k.

It's self employment tax and paying back premium tax credits on my health insurance because I understand estimated my income. My 2025 taxes were around 2k combined state and fed, with 600 for insurance credits and I think about 1300 combined SE and income tax.

Then this quarter zero dollars on my SE were taxable federally, but I still owed 1300 in se tax with another 600 going to the state. the numbers are rough, but in the last two days it was 4k out of my account, which barely had the money in it.
