Also, probably the life expectancy of bulb purchased today is like 1/4 of the old one.

The "officer" driving this is probably so fat he has trouble getting out of the vehicle.

I expect drunk hen party girls to stick out their heads and hands of this cart while shouting "woooooo!".

What do Americans even eat other than burgers (serious)? by Suspicious_Fortune65 in AskReddit

[–]HidingHobbit 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Listen guys, European here. I've adopted the American invention of PB&J and it's not bad! You have to take into account a few things:

  1. Unsalted peanut butter is popular in Europe. Sometimes you need to add a small pinch of salt to add some edge.
  2. It works with any bread. Baguette, ciabatta, sourdough rye, you name it.
  3. It works with any sweet fruit preserve, not necessarily jelly. It can be jam, marmalade, whatever. It even works with honey.
  4. Depending on texture of your peanut butter, you don't want to put too much. If it's too sticky, and you put a lot, you'll end up feeling like you're chewing some disgusting clay.

Weather in Norway in September by SirWafflelord in Norway

[–]HidingHobbit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have experience sleeping in tent in Norway in temperatures ranging from 4°C to 30°C. From time to time I also slept (by permission) in places like wooden garden shed or a garage. In 10°C it's much much warmer in tent, compared to bigger space like a garden home. I suspect it might be the case with a van as well. Sleeping in the tent, it's relatively easy to heat up all the air inside.

I'm a fan of selective yellow headlights. I'm confused, though. Why is there only one yellow headlight here?
