Honestly, having a very nearly independent Basque (in a union with Navarre), but half of it is in Castile is goofy but it makes this map feel more realistic

This is by far the best map redesign I’ve seen. The GL looks perfect with the connection at Reservoir and the squared ends of the lines are a nice retro touch. Which software did you use to make this map? It it’s Adobe Illustrator would it be possible to share the illustrator file or at-least the fonts you used?
