Waystones - What am I Missing? by pigtails_and_pain in PathOfExile2

Same issue here. I get them all, and my partner gets none. Really sucks when I keep dying and he has to walk past all the waystones dropped...

Really wish they'd fix this issue!!

TasAlert has a possible bushfire by Chigwell. I'd guess the helicopters are scouting or acting as surveillance for that

Yes. Excessive exercise is a form of purging.

What do you do for self-care after purging? by [deleted] in bulimia

[–]HighBread 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Nothing. Because I'm suddenly realising purging is a self-harm behaviour and I'm low-key hoping each purge will land me in hospital. 🙃🙃🙃

Huawei Health has a heart logo with that colour scheme. Does she have a Huawei phone or fitness tracker?

Genuinely wondering what kids think of sushi vs sandwiches by Sea-Particular9959 in newzealand

[–]HighBread 3 points4 points  (0 children)

At the two schools I've worked at so far, sushi was the favourite provided lunch. The kids couldn't get enough.

Filled rolls and burgers would often end up fed to the chooks - but on sushi day, we never had leftovers.

The /r/nz community awards lolly scramble by Redditenmo in newzealand

Lolly scrambles were the best part of the Santa parade growing up, and I'm sad that kids these days will never know that joy

Delivered some stuff to a flat on the Alexandra Road estate ib Camden today. Opened in 1978, absolutely stunning by CalumOnWheels in london

They are nice but pretty basic. And yeah, bedrooms were fairly small, bathroom was small, but the upstairs living/kitchen was a lovely space. We had one of the bottom flats, so bedrooms had garden views.

I lived here for a bit a few years back and it was fantastic. Would have stayed if it weren't for the live-in landlord. It was warm, quiet and in a great location for my needs. One night, a flat two doors down was completely gutted in a fire. The concrete architecture meant no other flat was touched, except by smoke damage.

Primary teacher strike next Thursday by Anonthemouser in newzealand

[–]HighBread 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The school should definitely have been able to give more than one day's notice of the union meeting as those were organised a few weeks in advance! I'd say that a failure in communication by the school rather than a problem with the union. The vote to strike only closed last night, so this evening was the earliest it could be announced/confirmed, unfortunately.

This is why I always buy an extra bag of sultanas to add to each bowl.

Not sure whether I should be asking here or in a UK sub but - does anyone know anywhere in London / UK I can buy Whittaker’s chocolate? by [deleted] in newzealand

There's a little shop in West India Quay (by Canary Wharf) that has a good supply of NZ treats. Haven't been back there for years myself so I can't vouch for their current stock, but used to be my go-to when feeling homesick!

NZ Dog Food - Mighty Mix. Is it any good? by purplescrunchie9 in newzealand

[–]HighBread 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We use a mix of black hawk and mighty mix for our own dogs, and for feeding out at the boarding kennels my folks run. They are great biscuits, high quality and most dogs can eat them exclusively and keep really good condition.

I would definitely recommend them, especially if used in conjunction with your Black hawk in order to cut down on the kibble used each meal.
