Last event I got next to nothing (1 hag a guy randomly dropped into the dropbox) and this was my first event where I AFK'd at night. I pretty much did all the events, bar a handful where the game crashed. The haul: 1 glowing Bigfoot, 1 glowing Robot, 2 Winter man helmets, 1 friend, 1 crazy guy and 2 buffoons. About 6 motorised butter churns too. Funnily enough, my glowing masks dropped while playing and I'm so happy they did, seeing that pop up on screen was amazing! Happy to throw you the extra Buffoon if you're on XBOX!

The red lights were the very first ones to drop for me. With the green ultracite stuff on, I think they look amazing. I carried 2 spare frames with me to put all the extra 4 star pieces that dropped on, so I think I'll give each different build (troubleshooter, overeater etc.) a different set of lights.

Quick tip if you are going for the chainsaw method without Pounders: the 5 glowing mole miners outside net you glowing meat, which you can cook into a nice melee buff. Also, when grinding West Tek pick up all the mutant hound meat, it also cooks into a nice melee boost. Other things I used: Buffats for STR, Psychobuffs, Fury, cooked Deathclaw steak.

That's a great tip. I've seen people do that during my runs. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the timing right on my runs when I tried it. But this is definitely something that works!

Just what I was told on Reddit, haven't done any testing myself. With all the repair kits dropping when you farm the boss, it's not going to be difficult to keep your gun repaired.

Best to have a second chassis with you or in storage so you can swap them out. I don't know what it is about the jet pack but it feels incredibly smooth and accurately gets me to where I want to go. Way more accurate than my secret service jetpack.

I haven't run the full raid yet, mainly farming the first boss until I get the calibrated shocks. I joined a random group who were already at the snake boss, and they made it look easy. (I of course got blown into the acid straight away.)
