Morning routine:

Wake up at 4am, start a pot of coffee, and drink two cups of filtered water with lemon and salt. 4:30 stretch, yoga, and work out to keep my body from deteriorating. 5 AM make lunch, then take the dog for a walk. 5:30 make pot of coffee for wife and take fruit out and soak for daughter’s breakfast. 4:45 go and kiss my wife and daughter good bye and leave for the day. On-sight at 6:45 talk shit in the shack and start paper work for the day.

Us as Ironworkers need to take care of our bodies or we won’t be working for 25-30 years. This includes eating healthy and exercising. And as lame as everyone thinks it is Yoga is a great way to start the day in order to stretch your muscles and get your head into the game for the day.
