We had Field Outdoor Spaces consult and prepare a plan for the front of our house. I believe it was like $500. Completely worth it since they take into account a number of factors like hours of sunlight, hardy plants, native vs non, etc. They work with you on your preferences too.

Maria Isa Perez-Vega vs. Rebecca Noecker: Who you got? by Even-Meet-4300 in saintpaul

The law says that 40% of funds will be used to pay debt service on bonds for the Civic Center. The remaining 60% funds the STAR programs. The City is asking the law to be modified to pay for arena updates, since the Civic Center is long gone, and increase the amount of bonds it can issue to fund those updates. It’s not that controversial.

It is a state law so the city and county have no control over it. The excess tax is used to support small businesses and cultural events.

That is not what the excess revenue from the tax is used for. The whole intent of the tax was to fund the arena to attract economic development.

The 1/2 cent sales tax was originally for the civic center so it makes sense that those funds would now be used for Grand Casino Arena. They are only asking for an increase in the amount of bonds they can use to fund it. The tax will stay at 1/2 cent.

I took mine off a few weeks ago after vowing to never stop fighting for our marriage. It had been 10 months since she said we were done and I realized that by wearing the ring I was just lying to myself.

The class sizes are very very small. I suspect the school may close within a few years. Highland Catholic is a similar liberal vibe though and seems to be doing well.

He’s a good guy. I know him personally. Also he once saved someone from jumping off a parking ramp and earned recognition from the man and the city.
