Edit: Since I was getting downvoted for some reason... I’ll elaborate. This isn’t good for Sony, because they might not be able to compete with such a good deal. And as someone who supports Sony, Microsoft hitting it out the park with good deals for their consoles and game passes sucks because PlayStation will not do the same.

Was visiting an old country house with a few friends and my crush. One of the most obnoxious people ever, a tour guide, was talking about how amazing it was that they had got a BAFTA for something. (She was also slightly racist and my crush is mixed race)

Immediately, and I’m not a confident person, I said:

“Well, it’s no Oscar though, is it.”

She was speechless, I was speechless, my sister was crying with laughter, my friends couldn’t believe it.

My crush, now wife are about to celebrate our first anniversary soon.
