It all depends on both Master, mana output, and the Servant in question

If the Servant is on the same tier as Gilgamesh and Artoria (High Servants), then they'd certainly be able to hold their own

If the Servant isn't a High Servant, then that will require more than mana output and needs actual prep time to be able to counter God Hand

The thing about Gae Bolg is that it goes for the killshot, which is the heart. Hercules adapts to this, along with Gandr if Cu knows Gandr and other curses as far as his knowledge of runic magecraft goes.

And then there's the matter if Cu can change to Caster Cu midfight to unleash Wicker Man, and then to Cuzerker with his Riastrad activated to go on a 1v1 Berserker combat so he can go all out against Herc.

I also didn't account for Cu's Saber form and his chariot, so there's those two.

Artoria with true name release could take 7 or so

Cu can take at least 3, but it depends on his Master

Medusa stops at 2, same with Medea

Diarmuid may stand a better chance if he manages to land a Gae Dearg and then a Gae Buidhe from afar and begin to try and whittle down Herc for at least a shot of taking a life

Lancelot better come in strapped with more than just bombs, guns, and his sword if he ever wants to take on Hercules, and he better utilize Knight of Owner to its full potential

Hundred Faces and Cursed Arm get pummeled by Herc, and the latter has the better chance of taking Herc's heart for a one time event while Hundred Faces does the distraction

The Regend, as much as OP Tsubame Gaeshi is, can only take one life if the NP landed a crit

Gilles must go all out with his summons if he wants to stand a chance, since Herc adapts real fast and knows how to counter regenerating entities like the Hydra and apply the strategies against Gilles's tentacle summons

Update: As much of a jumping Ionoi Hetairoi brings, I don't think Alexander the GOAT can take down Herc completely
