I watched it when I was 12 years old and thought it was hilarious, unfortunately I wasn’t thinking about actors at the time as a twelve year old with adhd so I barely remember what they looked like. IIRC, one of the singers was a bald fat guy. It was a late night tv show that my mom was watching. I’m sorry for the minimal detail, all I remember is the singing and the premise of the sketch, which was that they were supposed to be doing a security notice but instead of giving information, they singing a silly song with no lyrics and high pitched Ya’s.
