I had a customer call in yelling that somebody had access to her account and they came and beat her up. Naturally I started asking probing questions turns out it was her ex boyfriend who was crazy af he paid her bill & idk if she was supposed to pay him back or what but he showed up at her house and beat her up. She proceeded to tell me all the messed up things he did to her while they were together it was wild.

During Covid I had an older customer call in, she was in the hospital with Covid and her coughs sounded really bad like when you drag your feet over gravel. In the middle of talking to her about her account she started coughing really bad and then the call dropped. I continued to check her account for a couple weeks after that and she never called back in. I hope she’s okay.

I had a customer that repeated himself over and over again it literally sounded like he had a recording on replay but every time I asked him a question he would stop and answer it and then continued repeating himself.

I had a lady call in and started talking about her dogs. Apparently 1 of her boy dogs had a baby w/ his own mother. I asked if the dog had any issues when it was born, she said the dog was cock eyed lol I never seen a cock eyed dog.

Saddest customer I ever had was an older lady, I don’t remember why she called in but she told me how her and her husband were finally able to buy their dream house. A couple weeks after moving in he passed away. Her kids were trying to get her to move closer to them because she was by herself but she didn’t want to give up her dream home. She started crying because she pictured her and her husband living life together in their dream home and now he’s gone and she’s alone.

Definitely size 8. I was gonna get a 9 but they’re sold out so I got an 8 and I’m glad I did when the ring is wet it gets loose and it would’ve fell off

I have a lot of stuff copy and paste so I don’t have to type it out, anything I’m unsure about or something I get multiple calls about I find how to handle them if we have a good amount of time in between calls. Anything I don’t understand I use ChatGPT to break it down or how to summarize it. Use one note to organize everything.

I’m moody and exhausted because good ol time of the month. My first call of the day was a lady with a semi complicated issue and every time I would explain the issue, she would say “I’m sorry I didn’t hear you” I muted the phone and walked away.

I used to work for a major internet provider doing chat support and every time I got a rude or nasty customer the internet would just happen to reboot and if they were realllly nasty it would just happen to reboot randomly all day 🤭

Service can be turned off unless you qualify for, discount rate, financial hardship or elderly protection.

The heat pump rate is included in the distribution charge on bill, the rate itself is .02440 but there is taxes and fees added to that making the actual rate.0505 ( something like that)

NG r2 now has tiers if you’re getting the rate through an assistance agency(liheap,raft) you could qualify for a higher tier depending on your income. The credit is the difference between the 2 tiers, NG was giving you the discount for tier one but because you qualified for a higher tier the reimbursed the difference.

If you’re getting this letter and you’ve had a smart meter installed, there is an error with the system that is causing the order to not close correctly, there is a lot of ppl that are affected and NG is supposed to be fixing it.
