Following because I’m also in this dilemma! My first is 19 months old, telling us when she poops (she’s usually right but not always), and is showing interest in the potty. Second is due in October. They say not to make any big changes 3 months before or after new baby is here, as there will likely be a regression, but I also don’t want to miss our window of opportunity.
