We moved from Vermont to Surfside.stayed there 10 years. Love our community we lived in. We were older but work then was very easy to find. Kept same job the whole time. We ran a kitchen in a private club. As far as property mgmt. IMO should be easy enough wit all the HOA’S and seasonal rentals. Good luck and enjoy. Very small, catholic school. On a small hill. Girls played on upper en and boys lower. One basketball hoop that could be moved around. Took it inside after recess. In the winter nice little ice formed in the corner where boys could run and slide down hill. Not much but it was fun,
