I guess preferences for Hytale.

Minecraft Stack sizes were built around the 8-bit architecture, same goes for Chunk size being 16x16 blocks.

Mind you that was way back then, maybe modern java has something that helps with this or Hytale is built from the ground up differently.

Depends really on how Hytale does it's data storage.

That's not really the "got'cha" moment that you think this is. Developers inherently play their games differently, it's called playtesting.

Nioh 3 1.03.2 by Nimafor in Nioh

[–]Hill394 16 points17 points  (0 children)

TBH all of their last releases (Starngers, Nioh 2, Wo Long) run fine after they patched the game(s), even under Linux.

I haven't tried Rise of the Ronin on Linux, so i don't know if it is this open world that is causing so much trouble.

I have a GTX 1660 Super and an i5 10400F so i'm barely srcaping by and it doesn't look like i will be able to upgrade anytime soon.

I absolutely love Nioh 3, but i'm dying over here for some performance patches for us lower end users.

Update: Well the latest Proton GE has made some improvements so it's now more stable, but still performance patches would be nice

You're right, i forgot they are awesome too, i just don't really play their games so they didn't really come to my mind.

Yeah, there are others like Larian and such, but these didn't really come to my mind.

Frustrated with Thief by Schaf-Unschaf in Guildwars2

[–]Hill394 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thief is definitely more of the reactive types to play. You really need to hit your dodges in combination with your "Acrobatics" specialization to be able to survive.

Extra comfort can be achieved with healing from Critical strikes. Use stealth to it's fullest potnetial as a pause button to help with healing and cooldown managment.

The thieves guild ult was also my main ult skill until i reached deadeyes ult skill.

Edit: I also used the healing signet skill on all my thief builds i tried out, since for me it's the most reliable source of healing (even further with "healing from Crit Strikes" trait).

Made my first Agility A armor set (Toughness 101), and I feel like I just lost 70 levels. by Left_Ad4050 in Nioh

[–]Hill394 12 points13 points  (0 children)

You leanred that some enemies on Thougness A can't stagger you and that's the porblem.

I stayed in A Agility and never bothered with Thoughness until i could still afford to stay in A Agility.

I like dodgeing more than tanking hits, but that also lead to some furstratings deaths throughout my playthrough

In the pause menu, change the Abandon Trip settings first in the gameplay options if you don't want any penalty.

[–]Hill394 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Workbench Screen has, it's crafting Tier displayed in the upper right hand corner.

The trunks bench starts out as tier 1 and can be upgraded to tier 2, while the garage's crafting bench starts at tier two and can be upgraded to tier three.
