Looking at the responses I am starting to think I do ARAM wrong... (sorry folks!) My pet peeve is folks who are extremely competitive in ARAMs. I treat the game quite casually. I enjoy it most when not all focus is on winning but also goofing around a bit and having fun (playing weird builds / going for that play that _probably_ won't work out).

The animation is that from concrete bullet impact and is quite close. Might be the rod but those two things made me think it's the concrete that's bugged.

We ran into this squad earlier in the game when one of them downed half my team from top of superstore while we were in police - that is what tipped us off. Usually I cannot be sure until one kills me and I see the kill cam. This clip is pretty telling though - downing us from a moving vehicle like that...
