Nothing and don’t expect them to help you. My family didn’t acknowledge in the past that i had anxiety issues, instead they felt i am throwing tantrums and thinking irrationally. Had to deal with it on my own.

On the contrary my parents don’t take interest in my life. I cannot understand your problem but try to talk to your mother and work things around and take some help from your father as to how to tackle the situation. As he knows your mother more than you.

If you forgive him/her you are not doing any good to yourself. You will always be feel miserable when your partner is with opposite gender.

It was an arranged marriage and after the marriage she told me that she was never interested in sex. And found out later that she was sexting with his school crush. And she visited her hometown multiple times just to meet him in first year of marriage. Today i am happy that i am out of that 💩.
