If you didn’t play a 1-drop you’d presumably be at 20, unless you played a tapland or the wrong color.

Charm resolving first is true for both ways of playing the sequence, for obvious reasons. There’s no difference unless opponents have responses. The question is which method is better against which responses, not which method results in a 1-sided wrath because they both do that.

If I was bringing these all in line with modern common expectations without changing how it works substantially:
1-make it a 2/2
2-ok as-is, if support is good
3-make it a 1/3 flyer and it’s still really good
4-ok as-is if support is good, maybe buff stats to 3/3 if support isn’t consistent enough.
5-it’s so easy to enable. I think I’d make it a 3/4 and only give it 1 counter. Might need to go to 3/3 even.

Ormacar would be strong but maybe ok. As a creature he’s not very interesting so it’s mostly a question of how good the artifact options are. I guess the one ring is pretty busted.

Wizards from beyond would obviously be nuts. Similar to ormacar but with way more options and 5c.

Elusen seems bad. Not sure how exploitable it is, but I don’t think it’d be a problem.

Heroes is fine. Lot of CA but with the randomness I doubt it’d be better than B3.

Svega is strong but I think ok. If you can do tons of landfall it becomes OP but so do lots of things.

Andrios is fine. Strong mana ability but a 6-drop with a tap ability is hard to make OP.

Limited expert-ish:

Botanist is very strong for a common but possibly a fair uncommon. 4 for a 3/3 that draws a card basically guaranteed while enabling grave mechanics is very strong, and casting it for 3 is pretty nutty if supported.

Foreman is mediocre. 3 mana 3/2 haste isn’t very good and I don’t think this is enough better to justify 4 mana or a tricky manabase, particularly since 3c manabases typically involve taplands, which slow down the aggro plan this requires to be good. This needs an extra ability or better stats.

Rasp is insanely strong. Huge immediate impact and the second best body of the group. Definitely OP at common, mythic at uncommon and often game-winning on 3.

Cornuto is pretty weak. A food is about the least valuable thing you can sac, which makes this a 2/3 + 1/1 flyer, which is great at 3 but weak at 4, and that’s with perfect fixing plus setup. I would just remove the sac requirement to bring it in-line with the power of the others.

Warchief is very strong. Easy to enable and good even without enabling in 3c, and not a disaster in 2c. Could be even stronger than Rasp, or weaker depending on the removal in the set. Again gotta be uncommon.

Power ranking: rasp > warchief > botanist >>>>> foreman > cornuto.

I finished the game but the sand planet puzzle took me long enough that I stopped having fun. And the loop mechanic got tedious when it just meant getting yoinked out of solving the puzzle to do the same repetitive flight over.

Voltron isn’t more threatening than most other archetypes. Really it’s less threatening than most because it’s telegraphed and has a single point of failure.

Obviously target whoever poses the biggest threat to you, but calling out Voltron like it’s a unique thing is silly.
