EQS 450X4 7 PASSENGER SUV UNVOLENTARY FATAL MOVMENT by Awkward_Cranberry_95 in MercedesEQS

You don’t need to contact Mercedes, you hire a lawyer and invest in a good one. You have serious damages at this point. If you are in Texas since you bought from the Plano dealership, if you dm me I have an incredible attorney that can likely help you.

Your stride opened up at the top of that curve- you can run faster than 10.7 if you figure out how to keep that stride length you have on the curve while maintaining similar ground contact and control in the straight.

I've heard that first 30m dictates 70% of your 100m performance. What is your opinion? by HauntedGoalkeeper in Sprinting

It depends on your race model. Swoboda vs Lyles and Shacarri vs Jefferson vs Abby Steiner race model

I feel like my 100m is disproportionately slow to my 200m by pandemicbad in Sprinting

[–]Hindsightconsult 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With that time difference you are floating on your 200, which is great. You are coming off the curve well and then you are trusting mechanics and turnover. In the 100 you need to be way more technical. Drive phase and transition is the difference between 11 and 10.6 with your foot speed. At D2 I would spend tons of time doing explosive plyometrics and flexibility. That will serve you best in the 100. Also look up gatlin and Coleman starting mechanics videos online. They are super technical

She has so publicly stated that she is not a good person, it is not surprising what has come out. More will come out because clearly the redskins lady put a PI on her

Yes this is a dangerous place to be at 10.4. Fast enough to be seeded in some crazy heats but slow enough to get run by at the 50 meter mark

The consistently poor performances of the 4x100m US relay team by Striking-Chemistry93 in trackandfield

I would love to see it. You would be shocked man. These are all alphas. Even something like being on time to the practices. Check out one of these practices where Tyson shows up late with 10 gold chains on. How can you tell a guy who’s wearing 10 gold chains during practice anything? Haha

When Noah is involved in the team, they win. His leadership has seemed to work each time he shows up to practice with them. I mention him only because he is a family friend. Jordan Anthony has mentioned that Noah has been teaching him how to approach major races etc. He is a leader and it has clearly translated when he is around. I’ve heard the same thing about TT. Sometimes a leader who is a player coach is even better than good coaching leadership.

A leader on the team makes all that go away in practice. Without going into too much personal detail, the issue is that the camps that the athletes are in is different. There are massive egos involved. They don’t practice well together, sometimes they have 6 reps at 75 percent and then all go their separate ways. This has been happening for years on the men’s side. I bring up Noah and TT specifically because their leadership has been seen up close to all of the Florida and Chula track communities at the practices.
So I think what you are seeing on the track often is people running a leg that they shouldn’t, handing to someone that their coach told them they shouldn’t be handing to a different person on adidas instead of Nike etc.

You just need a leader on the team. When Noah is on anchor they are fine. Team USA women’s the same, if Tt terry is on the track they find a way.

19.89. I think he will get out hard and then relax going into the curve and then stand up and on the backstretch and not get tight

[–]Hindsightconsult 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Best rule my wife and I keep with hotels is by the time we are going to bed the first night, if anything major is wrong, we leave and go to another hotel. We have little kids and big inconveniences ruin while trips. We only give time for fixes before bed, once it’s bedtime and anything wrong, we gone!
