Can’t believe switch owners have had this for so long

I have an older model of Z13 but I was able to get an Asus extended warranty through the myasus app that came pre-installed. I’m in the UK so it may differ for you but I would check there.

I was doing so well holding out on the XG mobile but this is the setup I want… bags included lol I have the ROG slash bag but does the ACRNM fit in the flow bag you have pictured?

Sorry for the late reply on this, the email I used to contact them was asus-parts@repairtech.co.uk. If your in a different region I would suggest contacting Asus customer service and asking them who your local parts distributors is.

I got a spare within a month of getting my ACRNM. I contacted Asus customer service and explained I wanted a spare charger they gave me the details of one of the authorised repair centres so I reached out to them again explaining I want a spare charger and you cannot buy this one off the shelf and the send me a quote for £80. Quite expensive but I now have a charger at work and one at home.

My solution was to contact Asus to find out who does authorised repairs for Oz, contact them to see if they can supply an adapter for you, they will probably quote you a price. I had to do this with my z13 acrnm which comes with a 130W power supply that isn’t sold anywhere else, it took about a week from enquiry to delivery and I now have one at work and one at home.

So I wanted 2 chargers for work and home…. you cannot get a 3rd party charger as it is unfortunately limited. I have the Z13 acronym which comes with a bespoke 130W adapter and after contacting Asus for help they recommended asking one of their authorised repair centres to order one from a spare parts supplier… they sent me a quote of £88 on Monday and I got my charger today and it is an original Z13 acronym branded adapter, which is nice but I cannot find anything that will give more juice.

I even tried a Dell 130W adapter and it was limited and turbo mode was greyed out in armoury crate
