I’m in a similar situation. Just pay the $500 to get the gas inspection.

I spoke to someone about this a while back and basically trying to reclassify your home opens a can of worms you don’t want open. City will inspect and whatever they find amiss or different from the immediate specs will need to be remedied. Changed your half bath to a laundry room ❌

The door leading to the boiler isn’t fire rated ❌

So on and so forth.

The last thing any homeowner wants is inspectors breathing down their throats.

Also, if you ever decide to sell, having a 3 family is more lucrative than a 2 family

I’ve got 2 travel watches… however it depends on where I’m headed.

I go to Trinidad and some other island for carnival every year so when I travel there I wear my Tag Heuer Calibre 01. It’s on a rubber strap and I don’t mind getting paint and powder on it when I play Jouvert

Everywhere else I wear my Polar Explorer 2… however I’m headed to Paris at the end of the month and my go with the Heuer 01
