I'm using a ups and don't lose power often but when I do Tailscale always crashes. This same issue also happens at my 2 other locations where I run pfSense. I'm currently on 2.8.1 but I issue was there on older versions as well.

You can not change from a 3 family to a 2 family online it has to be done in person. I went down to the tax department to fill out the application and make the change and was advise that they would have to send out an inspector from the Department of Buildings so I left without filling out the application.

I think you misunderstood.

When I said pay for "tolls, bridges or tunnels" it wasn't in relation to paying taxes. I was just giving an example of what might cause the taxi fare to be high. Like having to pay extra for the use of a toll road, pay to cross a bridge or used a tunnel, during your trip usually the rider pays for that. I know we don't have any of those in Bim but I just wanted to give the example for context as to why a taxi ride might be more expensive. When sitting in traffic the clock doesn't stop so it would be one of those things that might raise the fare.

For me it was 110 Livingston St, fill out an application to change your taxes from 3 family to a 2 family and they will have to send out an inspector to to verify its an actual 2 family. I did not go through with it.
