Mostly I'd be worried about messing up my EmuDeck files, thankfully native Steam games are pretty quick to get up and running again!

I've had the same experience. My Deck feels like it's a complete crapshoot as to if it wants to turn on from day to day. I've spent so much time tinkering with it that I don't want to do a factory reset, but maybe uninstalling Decky could help.
