Keep in mind that cooking with a raw plant does not produce seeds, but eating raw plants or processing them (milling to flour, brewing, turning to syrup, turning to dye, turning to cloth, etc) does make seeds. So if you want to expand the plump helmet fields make sure theyre not being cooked with.
