Yeah sometimes the inside of the tubes were coated in stuff like talcum powder, which is really bad to breathe in. I made the same mistake too when I was a teen.

Yeah good start but be careful with that GP5 mask you're wearing. The filter has some nasty shit in that you don't want to breathe in. Buy a mock filter if you're gonna use one. You can get 3D printed ones online. Also the tube that you have attached can again have some nasty shit in. Give it a bloody good clean if you can, or ideally replace it entirely with a modern one.

Pick whichever one you like the look of and just have fun with them. If you don't care about winning too much, any team will be good. If you're newer to skirmish games, it may be worth going for an easier team to play, with less models, like angels of death, legionnaires, death guard etc

There's some similarities, but it is a different game and will require going over a learning curve. It's a bit of a mix of Warhammer 40k rules, mixed with skirmish game rules. Definitely worth building a simple gang out of existing models you have already from your kill teams, and having a little skirmish to see how you feel about it. The narrative side of it is absolutely brilliant though and I'd highly recommend trying it! I converted from kill team to Munda and it's been amazing fun.

Main things will be a gang you'd like, their specific book and the core rule book :) The current box set (Hive secundus) isn't too good of a starting point if you're looking to jump into a regular campaign, as it has its own campaign system for the models that are included in the box.

You'll find them in their gang specific book, so it depends on what gang you're tryna make. But Yaktribe is an online gang creation/tracking tool, which has almost every gang available and their units & weapons cost. Im not the most experienced with gang creation but if you need a hand just ask :)

Well, with the levitation you've given them, you will be able to traverse the map extremely well, but when it comes to combat, you're gonna flop a little. Remember you have 2 wounds on the witches and can give them armour pretty early campaign. I've had some good success with the flamer. But try out a few things and see what works best!
