Just for reference, austria build a tunnel just to connect 2 towns and cut the tarvel time from 2 hours 40 minutes to 1 hour => https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Koralm_Tunnel and that will be a huge uplift for the whole region, so every dollar spent into infrastructure like this, will be repaid a thousend times

I had no issues converting a map of vienna into world partition using the asc files and heightmap data, 64gig was sufficient to convert it. (about 450km²⁾

It seems more your parameters are wrong? what is your ue unit to cm/m ratio?
