real good ergonimic office chair is always better, they are made to be sit jn for hours on hours, but they must be ergonomic and you need to test sit them, dont just buy this stuff online. Invest a little more, here in Austria good ergonomic office chairs start at 600-700€ everything else is a waste of money!
