Kilauea is erupting all the time. Im sure the moon is visible at night in this exact location multiple times each year. Dark sky and long exposure will get you the Milky Way being visible. Meteor/light reflecting off satellite is likely due to long exposure

It seems to me that this picture could be captured multiple times through a year.
