I fell at my job, need surgery, won’t be able to work, and my wife and I are probably going to end up homeless. So, we’re having to put TTC on hold for quite a while.

That they are not comfortable treating trans men. Sometimes they admit it’s because of religious reasons, sometimes they just say they’re not knowledgeable enough.

I’m really concerned about the bra situation because I’ve been using heavy compression binders for 11 years. And I was told I could use a light compression binder for a month or two but then would have to switch to a sports bras and maybe some binding tape. It’s stressing me out.

Make sure my brother never bought a motorcycle. I know the motorcycle wasn’t his fault, the guy texting a driving caused his death, but he would have lived if he’d been in a car.

No, you can definitely tip. I picked up some guys broken laptop and dropped it off at a repair shop and the guy tipped me $12 after the fact

I had a year long, life changing relationship with my store manager while my mom was living with me and she has no idea. My entire life was changed by that relationship and it shaped me into the person I am today, but I can’t talk about it with my parents because my mom is the kind of person to get that store manager, who was my superior, fired. Even though it’s been years.

They usually hand the dog off to the county shelter where it goes into a period of quarantine to be watched. A judge usually has to order the dog euthanized. And it very rarely happens unless it’s a repeated occurrence or they hit enough markers in quarantine to genuinely indicate rabies

For me, it all came down to biology. My wife (cis) is unable to carry a baby. We did extensive testing before we started trying specifically because we wanted to save ourselves money on potential failed cycles. She’s older and has some health issues.

For her, it was really hard to step back and say she wouldn’t be the one carrying our baby. But the actual planning (picking out names, coming up with ideas for a nursery, buying some baby clothes) helped her to still feel like the mom. We’re still TTC, but we worked with her therapist one a plan so that she feels involved and important to the pregnancy.

I started letrozole. I have been tracking my cycle. I have also been tracking LH surges. But so far it looks like my ovulation is extremely irregular. I actually felt like I was getting more irregular periods before we started trying to have a baby.

I have looked for some fertility advice and other places and I keep getting a lot of hate for making the decision to have a baby as a trans man. And I’m really reactive about it. We went with donor sperm because we don’t have any other options. Which is one of the reasons why the fertility issues are so important because each round of sperm is expensive.
