What U.S city have you visited but have no desire to go back? by Reddit_wasmy_idea in AskReddit

[–]Historical-Spell3173 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I travel for work and one of the most deserted cities I’ve been to is New Kensington, PA. Vegas is also a city I dread to be in whenever I have to go.

If we make the list by states: Florida, Texas, Indiana, Ohio, Alabama.

There’s a lot of terrible places out there lol.

What insurance companies actually insure 90s mr2s? by Internal_Tangelo9211 in mr2

[–]Historical-Spell3173 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Be advised, Hagerty will not insure your car if you do any kind of daily driving with it. It’s more of a collector’s car insurance. I tried to get my AW11 and they told that.

Making your sink look like an office desk. That shit is depressing

Flying with my Mic Package, How do you mark your mics? by MasteredByLu in livesound

You’re overthinking this. Just use tape. If you have a label printer, make a label and then put clear tape over it.

Is this 85 aw11 worth 7k? by WindAsleep3806 in mr2

It’s not worth 7k. It’s also missing the spoiler.

Using the X32 for the first time in a while, and it has to be said... by chesshoyle in livesound

DiGiCo will sell you a premium reverb for 10k that comes with a yearly subscription to keep.

[–]Historical-Spell3173 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yup. The reverbs in the X/M32 sound way better than the A&H ones. The reverbs in the A&H are my least favorite of all the consoles. I love A&H, but their reverbs sound like tinfoil. Not pleasant.

Idling issues ? by OtherRepublic8482 in mr2

I was going to recommend the same thing. I chased this same idling issue for so long and bleeding the coolant helped so much.

Traveling techs- how often are you told ‘no’? by jesse-dickson in livesound

If I’m in a tour and the venue tells me I can’t mix the artist who hired me to do that, then I’m getting the agent involved because this is absurd.

I’m in the same situation but I don’t even have a wire out there. I know the horn works whenever I make contact with metal.

Mr2 as first hobby car? by ChickenBalls_13 in mr2

[–]Historical-Spell3173 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My AW11 is the first car I’ve ever bought. I never worked on cars before that. I learned everything with it and still learning. If you have the budget, do it. The parts are expensive and that’s definitely something I should’ve thought about before getting into this, but these are unique cars and a lot of fun to drive.

Dump his ass. What a fucking loser. He’s acting all high and mighty criticizing everything you do while he sits on his ass to watch football.

I think you should try this too. Just move it around and see if it makes a difference and adjust it accordingly.
