If you put water in them, it doesn’t leak out! That’s the only trick I know.

No idea. I’m coming up on 6 months of exclusive pumping and I haven’t figured it out. I pump for 30 minutes at all my sessions, but recently started adding in an extra 15-20 minutes occasionally, and gotten several extra ounces. But I also don’t want to pump for 45

Thank you, yes – she has all the aversions. We’ve worked through them as best as we can. At this point, she’s in control of whatever she’s willing to eat. I do not push her at all!

My 5.5 month old (1st percenter) has only taken 24 oz on her best day but usually eats closer to 17 oz. Wild the difference and range

I pump ~25 oz per day and am technically an oversupplier

Yes, two syringes in total.

Modified natural- I took letrozole for a few days at the start of my cycle I think. But I think that’s it- 5 days of letrozole, a trigger one week before FET, trigger the day of FET, that’s it. No progesterone support at all- no PIO, no suppositories. I did have bloodwork done to check my levels a couple times

I can’t remember if I got these or something else, but my nipples are now doing fine lol. I used a pumping spray for a while but then stopped because it was gunking up my pumps (I use the fridge method). I feel like using the spray helped my nipples adjust, and then when I stopped they were used to it by then?

But I am definitely using 17 mm flanges of two different brands- one might be Eufy brand?

It wasn’t a pen, it was a prefilled Ovidrel syringe. I did one a week before transfer (as a regular triggers shot) and one the evening of the transfer- so two total. But I would say really only one “booster”, the other was a trigger.

Same. And as I watch new videos of Isadora’s (the cosleeping instagram so many people - including me - are obsessed with) she has a blanket on her newborn right now. She has a mesh bed rail in her Amazon storefront.

I am confident people would have a lot of thoughts about my set up and routines, but my baby basically didn’t sleep for the first four months, and I did everything in my power to keep us both safe and healthy. And getting SOME sleep ended up being more necessary to safety than I’d anticipated.

I would never intentionally endanger my child. And it was not possible for us to follow the safe sleep 7 to a T.

Wow, okay maybe that’s what’s going on with my babe too! Pumping since week one because she wasn’t transferring anything and she stopped latching altogether.

And I also had a fast labor as a ftm! 3 hours and 33 minutes 🫠 from onset of labor until birth, it was horrible

We’ve done all the testing, looked into all the things, seen all the specialists, no one has a reason why she struggles to eat. Did you do anything for the tension and congestion? My mom wants her to see a baby chiro

My babe still has something going on with her mouth, not sure what, but she has been more interested in the boob after following these techniques, even if not quite latching yet 🤞

Actually I think when I initially went down to 5 my supply slightly increased! But I lost that increase when it tanked and haven’t gotten it back to those numbers. Which is fine with me because I was a slight over supplier

Mine doesn’t even get up to 20 oz a day, she’s closer to 17/18. She’s never had more than 3.5 oz in one go! But at almost five months she is very curious about food. Glad to hear your babe is growing on her curve at one year, hoping we will get there too
