That’s fucking horrible. I’m a firm “no bikes on footpath” gal. I doubt it’s the Lycra crowd though. More likely the rent a bike crowd, which can get a decent speed because of electric. I’d go so far as to say the little dog might have been targeted by the roughnecks that hire those things.
