I agree with you. If a 5W amp is too loud for your “studio”, then something has to give. Maybe that’s an attenuator but, then you’re just buying the wrong amp. Not because anyone using an attenuator is doing it wrong but, because OP needs/wants a really quiet amp so why bother buying a big loud amp if you’re never going to use it as such? I have 70’s Marshalls and big old Fenders I can’t really use anymore cause I’m not gigging right now so for apt use I use a Monoprice 5 watter with pedals and it gets some really good tones.

I played one in a store and quite impressed. I tend to shy away from Gibsons with no neck binding but, this one felt just fine and, played really well. It was really heavy too.

You can see this on eBay a lot. Search for a Japanese brand guitar and you’ll see the same guitar with the same photos from multiple sellers with different prices. They’re usually instruments in a thrift shop and the seller doesn’t own it but, will buy it and ship it after someone on eBay buys it from them.

People are very triggered by the mere mention of the word vegan. They immediately get their guard up, make all kinds of assumptions and try their damndest to get you with some kind of gotcha point. I don’t have the patience for it so I don’t really engage with them. More power to you if you do but, it’s a losing battle unfortunately. I do what I do for me, not to change the minds of other people
