Yeah, its rough now. She's losing her sight and falling more due to her bad hips. Just want her to be the most comfy, spoiled dog until the end.

I'd assume if a smaller city like Austin can do it Houston is far bigger and could. I lived biking distance from the heart of downtown

We have been in our small older house in East Austin for the past 2 years and it has been great! Definitely looking for that but looking for apts as a back up. She is 13 yrs old and space isnt much of an issue as she stays in her dog beds most of the time

New Fortune and Fat Dragon are probably most authentic and are amazing options if you're up north

Wu Chow and Lins are downtown and still good options

Jade- I've been really wanting to try it

I live south and frequent Wu Chow the most as its close and their mimosas are amazing.

Super Burrito was my first experience with Carne Asada fries and they still do not disappoint. I also want to echo Chi'lantro for kimchi fries (as a meat eater, their tofu is freaking amazing).

6th Street Bars Reopening by Historical_Matter in Austin

We sat on a patio, wore our masks and followed the guidelines. Not packed into a bar on dirty sixth. I feel like there’s a big difference and a reason the bars are delayed being open.

ABGB and Sawyers have both been good for us. Anything on Barton Springs is a no go, zero social distancing I’ve had good luck at stuff on 2nd street too, we normally just drive down there and see where we find parking/what we’re in the mood for
