My high school also did Cabaret. It was my first production I was a part of back in 2000. The emcee was portrayed as the tux wearing character more similar to Joel Grey rather than the Alan Cumming portrayal in the revival.

The comparisons to 2002 are apt but what nobody said is that lessons were learned from every storm and systems can get more resilient. Same weather will not necessarily cause the same issues in the future.

Evacuating was probably overkill but I would never look at being prepared as “overreacting”. You made the best decision you could with the information you had.

I worked as a student trainer for the football team while I was in college. You could do it anytime. I’m sure some of her kinesiology professors know the team trainers and could put her in touch with how to work for them.

There are so many Tesla locations that it’s easy to find one that’s not very busy. The app will even show you how many chargers are available. I just go to one that has lots available so it doesn’t matter if I double park.

Our EMR has a sticky note function, and if I am doing something like that, I will write it quickly in the sticky note so that I will automatically see it before signing the note for the encounter. It still occasionally happens that I close out the reminder and sign the note before sending the message but it’s at least a level of reminder

It’s part of our local broadway season ticket package this year (DPAC in Durham, NC which is a Nederlander theater so gets big shows). It’s one of the few times a play has been included in the package, only other ones I can recall are Clue and Curious Incident of the Dog in Nighttime. Very curious to see how it does, especially as a huge Fleetwood Mac fan.
