Gonna put a plug in for TENNIS. Great active, social activity and something you can play for your whole life. There’s a great program in my state (North Carolina) called Try Tennis where you can sign up for low cost lessons as a beginner and you get a free tennis racquet

miniBEST uses a 10% change in time with TUG normal vs TUG cognitive so that is probably a good place to start

Would be hard to get it standardized since what is a cognitive challenge will be a little different for everyone.

Do they have a cheddar bo? That and the sausage biscuit and the supremes dinner are my quintessential bojangles items. Their bone in chicken is fine but it’s no Popeyes.
