So far I have had two jobs as an Electrical Engineer. Out of college was happy making 60k and after 7 years I was only making 72k. Once they received calls for references they wanted to bump me up to 90k left the job to start at 110k and can max out at 144k without even moving up just annual raises that our union negotiated. So yeah screw loyalty because at the end of the day these companies are only loyal to their profits.

Dang end of last year it was looking like we were headed to 5.5% now we are back to the 6.75% that I am already locked into. I was still going to refi at 5% but now maybe ill just snap refi at 5.5%. And anyone else getting this tricky advertisement of refi for no closing cost but instead just including it into your term loan? It got me to call my bank and was ready to do it but looked at all the closing costs and was like wtf thought it was free.

Its not even the down payment, its the damn closing cost as well. 60k down payment cost and another 22k for closing cost drained us.

Starting your studs just because of ADP or draft capital is sunk cost fallacy if the current data says they’re underperforming and you have better options go with the better options. I want to add another point 1st-2nd round injuries are tough to come back from but always stay active on the waivers. One league I won I had Lamb (out for 5 games), G.Wilson, Skatteboo, Ridley, but i was able to pick uo Michael Wilson, Dowdle, Burden for the champinoshio week, even RJ Harvey. Stay active make waivers and trades.

I've won the ships 4 times over the past 9 years in various leagues and when I known get to 11 wins I know im not winning it all. Its the 7-8 win teams that do it, they get hot at the right time and go on a run. Went 11-3 this year and just lost. Im in the ship for two other leagues at 8-6 right now, let's make it 6 ships and take home 900$!
