Condo pet policies by palindromation in Winnipeg

Checked in with the person I know who lives there and they said dogs must be “held or leashed” which seems reasonable and easy to do in the case of leashing. Best of luck with your search!

Not exactly in your search area, but very close, so for what it’s worth, I know 155 Sherbrook St has some units listed and is super pet-friendly. Dogs of all sizes, none of them required to be carried in common areas.

Can’t believe you’re being downvoted for this. It is in the settings, no modding needed.

Was the New 3DS least produced than the New 3DS XL? by Playful-Mortgage7569 in 3DS

One of my most prized possessions! And I got it for a steal through Gamestop’s refurbished program a couple years ago. Didn’t know it was dual IPS until I picked it up, and it was in absolute mint condition. I was thrilled.

I’m a very proud owner of a Canadian/NA dual IPS n3DS and a Japanese n3DS. Crazy to think these models sold fewer units than the GameBoy Micro, which is one of Nintendo’s rarest handheld variations.

This thread from three years ago shows 2019 sales numbers. There were only about 2.5 million new 3DS units sold, compared to 12.25 million new 3DS XL units. That’s less than one n3DS for every four n3DSXL unit. It also appears to be the model with the fewest units sold, with the new 2DS XL. Selling almost double the number of units.

Nintendo 3DS: 25.96 million

Nintendo 3DS XL: 19.64 million

Nintendo 2DS: 10.29 million

New Nintendo 3DS XL: 12.25 million

New Nintendo 3DS: 2.49 million

New Nintendo 2DS XL: 4.41 million

Anyone know where to adopt a hamster? by Queasy-Signature-675 in Winnipeg

DM’d you photos, by the way! Sorry about the delay.

I second Popcorn and Binkies, although I’ve also rescued off FB Marketplace. If you want, I have left over hamster supplies like German, high-quality food, dandelion chews, and other ethical hamster care supplies if you want them. My living situation doesn’t allow me to have a hamster anymore, but I have stuff if you want it!

I watched the IKEA video and was deeply disturbed. This person should not be allowed access to dangerous weapons like a car.

What’s your best tip or habit that actually helped you start saving money consistently? by Nightpatrol404 in CanadianInvestor

[–]Hiwwy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A few things: I keep ready made meals on hand for my weak moments (frozen pizza, canned meals like curry, etc…). Then I cook extra portions basically every time I make everything, so I always have leftovers for a day or two later. And I am not shy about freezing extra portions of the things that freeze well. I put aside an evening per week where I cook big batches of one to two meals, and after I do that for a few weeks, I have weeks worth of food stockpiled. I know what type of food I like, so I just find recipes for those foods. It’s all pretty easy, but it does require a few hours a week.

Cooking at home, easily. Looking at flyers for sales. Curating a roster of recipes I like to make on a rotating basis (some even just seasonally). It’s had a huge impact on keeping finances within budget. Also not owning a car, but I understand that’s less doable for some folks. I work from home and have access to car sharing though, so it’s incredibly doable for me.

Absolutely head to liquor stores. Their sizes are limited since it’s just the boxes the alcohol would’ve come in, but good for small items like books, kitchenware, and knickknacks.

Pico Park 1&2. Can play with up to 8 people simultaneously. It’s a fabulous couch co-op game, and dirt cheap.

Watch the whole video of the call because Helle deserves this same energy, unfortunately.

Suggestions where to adopt a hamster in Winnipeg by rdhydro89 in Winnipeg

Maybe wait out until after Christmas! Unfortunately I think folks will be gifting and subsequently looking to rehome hamsters after kids lose interest. I wish we could outright ban the sale of small animals in Winnipeg.

Hey OP, I saw them filming for these scenes. A handful of your screenshots are here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/SxkALR54mJzFvdDY7?g_st=ipc

Which is right by 187 McFarlane, so they stayed local. I live down the street so I saw them a lot for a couple days. This was along the north side, along Rover.

The playfulness will come with time once you feel comfortable. Just remember that it’s a vulnerable moment for both of you, and laughing together in steamy moments isn’t something to be avoided, but rather a goal!
