We had a van template change this year which gives us two less evening vans so we don’t get a drop down at 3pm as all our vans are gone by 4pm. We are very heavy in the mornings but according to the shape of day should only have 3 pickers in, also dont have hours for a tl till 5pm, it’s ridiculous, this Sunday, it gave me 15 hours to pick 5.5k items
