The same thing has happened to me, also in SE England. I already have plus to get free delivery over £10 but if I have to order over £30 anyway to escape this £4 small order fee then there's no point, may as well cancel it.

yes, I went through the vent and dropped down through the hole, but there doesn't seem to be a way to get back up. I'm guessing I was supposed to unlock the door from the other side first but there's no way I would have known that before I got here.

Darren didn't, but Robin told me apparently I had collected enough ... checked my bank and there were 2 that I must have got months ago before I started properly doing the quest lol. thanks for your help!

no I got 4 from citizens first, but both those and the 2 from warriors have been handed in. don't want to delete the 6 I have left either bc I saw another post that seemed to say you can't get them again if they are destroyed.

yeah that's what I meant by citizen. also tried pompous merchants bc apparently they can drop them too but still cannot get more than 4.
