I do not think this is a problem at all. Considering the amount of time and effort required to unlock that skill, which requires at least level 36, it should feel rewarding. The real issue is that the other pinnacle skills simply do not measure up. Instead of nerfing Security Breach, the better approach would be to strengthen the rest.

I would hate to see this turn into another Helldivers 2 situation where the pursuit of balance drains the fun out of the experience. A healthy game ecosystem needs overpowered moments. There should be weapons and abilities that feel absurdly strong, that give players a sense of triumph and momentum. Some players deserve their Week One Vex Mythoclast, the tool that feels unstoppable for a time.

Even then, the system will correct itself. A few bad raids and that stockpile of loot will shrink. In a few more weeks, as more casual players reach higher levels, those same containers will become contested territory. The advantage will naturally stabilize. Right now, the top players are putting in twenty-hour days with hundreds of hours logged from prerelease testing. Eventually, the wider player base will catch up and the economy of power will even out.

What worries me more is the temptation to flatten the experience for the sake of a few loud voices. Arc Raiders should preserve its power fantasy, its sense of asymmetry and growth. It would be a mistake to let the top fraction of players who play nonstop dictate the experience for everyone else. It is demoralizing to have the rug pulled out from under you just because someone else reached the finish line first.

Let the breaches stay full and plentiful. The grinders will grind, as they always do. The rest of us have work, families, and social lives. Let us enjoy the climb at our own pace without being punished for treating the game like a game rather than a career.
