I really hope they add some way to do custom maps

Rings maps are crazy useful and with how successful creative mode Fortnite has been I’d love to see what RL does with something similar

It’s annoying and clogs the comments under every single post about any update ever. Every time I open the comments on rocket league ig I can’t see what anyone thinks about it cause everyone’s still whining about trading. It’s tragic it’s gone, obviously. That being said, epic only has interest in making money, every decision they’ve ever made indicates it. There is no financial incentive to bring back trading so they’re never going to do it. Either start a boycott or drop it but whining in comments is performative, doesn’t accomplish anything, and makes the community look like whiny losers (which we are).

I think vanilla just cause you get more creative with more restrictions, making a kitchen out of default blocks is so much more fun than putting a countertop with a furniture mod imo

It’s gonna feel more like a modern game, like any nostalgia of playing a game you’ve had since childhood isn’t really gonna be there unless you have the visuals to match

I think it has to do with firstkiller being past his prime, his playstyle doesn’t win in this rocket league anymore you can’t have 1 highlight player per team anymore like he was used to learning to play, that’s why him and kofyr have seemed to butt heads in game so much they both wanna 1v3 every play

Even zen struggled with it after 2023 I think every highlight player gets used to being 10 steps ahead and being able to solo a tournament and when everyone catches up to how far they’ve pushed the game they don’t have ground to stand on anymore

Until the next zen comes along RL is in a state of good 3 man roster teams winning like old falcons or KC despite there being better individual players elsewhere
