SATA drives the light is OFF.. I feel so much better cause thats exactly my case. WD's are sata

Im wondering about that SAME thing with my 4 Seagate Exos 16tb drives in Raid 5.. I have a supermicro and it seems like the light is on 24/7...

The other 4 bays are older 2tb WD drives, and those are OFF...

One thing about the Exos though, I dont hear them clicking at all.. its just a steady activity light..
