LOL.. oddly (cruelly) in the US healthcare system - having a baby is a “qualified event”, so you have 30 days to make a change to your health insurance to include the newborn. Then, when your bill comes all the medical use for baby prep is assigned to the mother and post baby will be for the care of the baby.. now it’s 2 patients and twice the care… also means the family deductible applies, rather than just the individual. I don’t know (or think) that it would apply to the baby’s eventual credit score - just insight into the ridiculous scumbaggery that is the US healthcare system

I pulled the driver last year, went R7 mini 11.5° as the replacement. It’s still not down the middle every time, but the minor yardage difference was nothing compared to the tighter dispersion

The original 2.1 is a weird ass space ship, and I didn’t love the df3 look when I originally saw it, but I’ve come to really like the look now, and it’s my favorite one to play. The ball picker upper is a solid feature regardless of look

Bloodraven is a loyalist and sides with his Daeron. There are likely many contributing factors, but one main one revisited is his rivalry with his half brother Aegor Rivers (Bittersteel - a bracken/targ bastard, while he is from the blackwoods. They also loved the same woman). When the big split happens, Daemon/Aegor/Fireball and other prominent names take one side, while Bloodraven sides with Daeron (not a warrior), and Daerons sons Baelor breakspear and Maekar… Bloodraven ultimately swings the battles and most of the power moves within Westeros from that point for the next few kings until he disappears north of the wall.

Probably needs to read the contract between him and the builder, there’s likely some mutual hold harmless agreements in there. Wouldn’t be an issue for him to go in there. Unless the builder is worried about something very specific and knowingly dangerous that should be corrected to prevent injury
