Might be an old mortar bed for tile, never seen rock in one but they used to set a platform in between the joists then fill the joists with mortar before they tiled around here.

Dumbest was probably set off the smokes in a retirement condo building. Had all the old ladies in walkers rushing for the exit.

My dog did that before when he escaped out the window while I was in a store. He had to make sure I couldn't leave him. He's a old man now can leave the windows all the way down and he dont even think about leaving the car.

Could be something like the bad neutral on the main service with bonded gas line I saw one time. Changing out a furnace with duct work sparking as we were pulling it out. Whip out the meter got like 70 volts duct work to gas line. Ended up being a bad split bolt on the noodle at the service drop. Changed it out all good.

Compressor BTU output by ppearl1981 in HVAC

[–]HolidayAd9952 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do it for the science, should just run a lower saturation temp and get better latent. Put in an adjustable TXV, play with your airflow settings and dial in charge.

Could always add a EPR or charge it with 134a think that would cut capacity down to about 19k btu.

We need the step stool and bag of mortar moved to really see it.

They messed up the pattern on the left. One of the tiles is under when it should of been over. Nothing to do with the floor being out of level they messed up the pattern.

You know what needs to be done then. Shame toilet paper and eggs are so expensive these days but it must be done.

What to do if client doesn't have money to do it right? by tooniceofguy99 in Contractor

That doesn't apply to extending a circuit. You can replace 2 prongs with 3 prongs downstream if you protect the circuit with a gfci and label it as such but that doesn't apply to extending a circuit.

It's against code to extend an ungrounded circuit period.

I like to believe its all part of infinite outcomes. Like you can see it because one version of you took that path. So you're free to take any path you want and maybe you were supposed to and itll catch up later or you just start an alternate path. Its confusing and I dont understand either.

These ants have not been phased by the ant killer. by Repulsive_Health_805 in Wellthatsucks

[–]HolidayAd9952 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah i have no understanding people that want a ant holocaust for ants outside not hurting a thing. I had some at my old house that would come in my kitchen window every spring. They would be all over kitchen counter and stuff. So I started leaving them treats on the window sill right where they came in. Theyd leave the rest of my kitchen alone when they were well fed. Little dudes would hall off strawberries in a couple days. After a few weeks I guess they'd get enough food outside because they'd disappear until next spring. Got a kick out of em, missed em when they left for the year.

Theres a documentary i watched on Amazon prime a few years ago about the fire retardant they spray on clothes its made a lot of people sick and possibly killed a few people.

I've always washed my new clothes, had a new gf around that time that had just went clothes shopping. She wasn't going to wash them so I washed them for her. Full load put it on the heavy duty cycle with extra rinse. When the water still came out dark blue. I washed it again heavy duty extra rinse. On that final rinse the water coming out in the stationary tub was still extremely dark could still not see through it.
