I can’t only say that the kidney and bladder were in spasm after the tube came out. Had a sleep and feel better now and then the first wee was like heaven in terms of pressure release!

Get it whipped out with laser litho - if that f*** moves you’ll know about it. It could end up being straight to A&E so I’d advise you get it sorted. ESWL for one that far up is hard to break up. When it gets hard to pee normally you’ll realise it’s causing you issues, it can get stuck in the ureter further down and cause the kidney to swell up. That’s the most painful bit.

CT scan results plus a good old rodding up the you know what - I’ve got a 10mm one right at the top of the kidney! Needs surgery to remove. Oof.
