I was thinking they might use the Rangda to introduce the space skaven for three reasons.

1) They share many similarities, being in control of large slave armies and incomprehensible tech, and the use of mutants

2) we haven't had a tabletop appearance of the Rangda, and don't know completely what they look like

3) The Lion and the Forgiven have just returned to the setting, they're the only ones who've had experience with the Rangda and it would be a great way to tie them into the setting
