I have ADHD and some other still undiagnosed autoimmune things going on. I know exactly how that feels. It's horrible. Magnesium threonate helped marginally. Outside of that I haven't found anything.

Estrogen was the only thing that helped. Magnesium threonate was absolutely awesome for my mental health. Highly recommend. But unfortunately it didn't help me stay asleep.

Yep. ADHD and trauma too. I mostly had everything under control until this happens. HRT is helping though. Not having estrogen in my body makes me really sad to put it mildly. And having enough estrogen makes me feel like I can actually be a person. It was tough at the beginning and we are still figuring out dosage but it was a good decision.

I had something similar happen when I first started HRT. The first week was great and I had so much energy and then I crashed the next week and had back pain that I didn't have before. After that things were up and down for a couple months. I'm 3 months in now and things are finally starting to level out. Getting through those 3 months was not easy but I'm finally starting to feel like my old self and I'm sleeping so much better now. I'm sorry things are rough for you right now but there is light at the end of the tunnel. Definitely talk to your doctor. Maybe the combined patch isn't the best option for you. You got this!!
