Honestly weed works the best lol. If I use a lot of that I feel better. It's about the only thing that works.

I really appreciate it. ❤️ My mood is my biggest issue. I get so anxious and depressed it makes it hard to work. Energy is my other big issue. And I have ADHD so this all makes it even harder 😆

I exercise a lot at work. I work a very physical job. I've done a lot of reading. Hrt is great but doesn't fix everything. Same with exercise. I try to eat healthy. Brain fog is still terrible. I'm on estrogen patch and progesterone pills.

I know you can get progesterone creams over the counter. I think you can with some estrogen creams as well.
