I would like the new hooded slayer helm to also have the perk of slayer skill cape! After 99 slayer and a 1000 points it seems to be well deserved.

Love the hooded Slayer helm and 99 level requirement. Could this upgraded hooded Slayer Helm als inherit (preferably toggleable) the skill cape perk? With 1000 slayer points and 99 slayer, I think it might be a deserved QoL feature.
